Lanark Rugby Club is a welcoming, community driven club where rugby, teamwork and enjoyment come together. With roots in the town dating back to 1936, the club has long been about more than just the game,  it’s about bringing people together, supporting young players and creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Today the club is entering an exciting new chapter. The baton has been passed to a new President and committee, bringing fresh energy, new ideas and a very upbeat atmosphere around the club. Run entirely by volunteers, with coaches who generously give their time for free, Lanark Rugby Club is built on passion, commitment and a shared love of the sport.

We provide rugby opportunities for children from primary school age, with a growing youth section and plans to develop a strong senior team. The focus is always on participation, development and enjoyment, both on and off the pitch.
